Breastfeeding mum can eat for breakfast such things as:
1 Porridge with milk (to enrich it, you may add raisins, prunes, dried apricots)
2 Semolina pudding prepared with milk
3 Salad with eggs, green cucumber, radishes and cheese (instead mayonnaise you may mix ingredients with yoghurt)
4 Sandwiches with lean ham and salad
5 Omelette with chive
6 Jelly made of chicken breast with carrots
7 Dark bread with butter, cottage cheese
8 Sandwiches with egg paste (instead of mayonnaise, you can use light yoghurt)
9 Cornmeal pudding with dates
