About the "I'm breastfeeding" blog
I'm creating this blog to help new mums with breastfeeding problems.
I will try to share my experience with breastfeeding, especially focusing on new mum's diet. When I was starting to breastfeed it was really hard for me to find breastfeeding cooking recipes and also to find out what breastfeeding mum should eat and what she should avoid.
I will post information what food is relatively safe when nursing and what should not be found on our plates.
I would also like to underline that advice found here is based on my experience and research in the Internet so should not be treated as medical advice.
